Palazzo San Michele B & B Residence de Charme

We've stayed here for a few nights and I must say I would stay there again. There are two things that you might want to consider before staying, to me, they didn't make a difference. I've uploaded a video of the sound you here every time someone in the next room uses water on their bathroom. It didn't bother me that much. The dark photo was taken at night, and its showing the room door and the light that comes in from the hallway. The door doesn't seal properly and lets some light in. The staff is great, super friendly, and always ready to help you. As soon as we checked in, we got a little description os the city and the main attractions, and they also gave us a map with all that info. The location is great, a super safe place near the train station (3 minutes walk) and we walked everywhere from the hotel and back. The room itself isn't that big, but it's more than enough, it's very clean, and they clean it everyday, the ac worked well and the bathroom was OK with nice water pressure and temperature. Again, I would stay there again without any problem.

One of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Incredibly nice staff and accommodations! Our train came in early and they allowed us to store our luggage and have breakfast before checking in. The lady working at the breakfast was so kind and brought us so many delicious pastries to try. They also helped us set up a taxi for 5am to the airport and spoke great English! I forgot my Apple Watch in the room and they were able to get it back to me from Italy to the US in a week. I really appreciate everyone who works here and would love to stay here again if I’m ever back in Naples!

A nice upmarket B&B, forget any bad reviews you read they are either old or fake. In a central location this historic building has been fully refurbished. The rooms are simple, clean and tasteful with comfy beds and nicely appointed bathrooms. A breakfast room is attached to the roof terrace which offers a very delicious comprehensive breakfast buffet. The staff like the rest of Naples are warm and friendly and I would not hesitate to stay there again

The receptionist (who by the way was pregnant and still working hard) was so nice, friendly and forthcoming. She alone is the reason that this place gets 2 and not 0 stars. The room was in a poor condition and poorly insulated, so noises from the hall and street were very loud. Floor seemed dirty. We stayed one night, and it was one too many.

Great & helpful staff, particularly MARTA & Valerie and the boys and two ladies in breakfast room. Location wise on one side of street, a very good shopping street but on other side rather a scary area with a dark narrow street full of ethnic population. Food variety in breakfast room had limited options but two ladies working there gave us packed breakfast as per our dietary requirement. Creaking beds, Hot water was on /off, cattle switch not working, a small and outdated safe, no tissue paper box in the room or bathroom. Definitely NOT a 4 star, i would say it is BED & BREAKFAST. Paid Euro 100.00 for one night including breakfast, definitely not worth the value.
